Life can be challenging, especially when we’re navigating transitions, grief, anxiety, or just trying to better understand ourselves. Whether you're a child learning to cope with big feelings, a teen figuring out your place in the world, or an adult moving through a difficult season—I'm here to help.

I’m a person-centered counselor, which means our work together starts with deep respect for who you are and where you’re coming from. I believe that each person already holds the potential for growth and healing, and my role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore, process, and move forward.

I work with clients ages 10 and up and support a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, life transitions, grief and loss, and relationship challenges—whether they’re with others or within yourself. Together, we’ll work at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you.
