Life can be very stressful and difficult. In my practice, I support teens, young adults, and adults in managing the difficulties they encounter in life. I want those who meet with me to feel truly seen and supported. My therapeutic approach is to learn and understand what helps you feel more seen and cared for. As humans, we're complex and desire to find support from those who are ready and willing to understand us. My hope is to be that person for you—someone who listens, cares, and helps you process and move through life’s obstacles.
I offer a warm, supportive space to explore your authentic self and discover more joy. I often draw from Gestalt therapy to help deepen self-understanding. Together, we’ll find meaningful tools to navigate anxiety, depression, big emotions, self expression, and life’s transitions.
