Paying attention to your present experience, but in a safer, more collaborative and modern way
I love working with children ages 8+, teens and their parents to achieve an outcome that is personal to each individual. Most of my clients are individuals dealing with past or present trauma, chronic pain, ADHD, or family changes like death or divorce. One of my strengths is creating a supportive environment for parents and children as they work through challenges together. I strive to build and maintain a therapeutic relationship that is genuine and authentic. By building this relationship and understanding you, I am able to better empathize, and teach healthy tools I myself have used to overcome loss and grief in my own life.
I am qualified to use EMDR and trained specifically in utilizing EMDR to help clients overcome chronic pain. As a seasoned therapist, I provide individuals with tools to help you through life’s toughest problems and losses. My favorite modalities include CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, play and art therapy, attachment theory and mindfulness.
When working with clients, my main focus is the relationship. In getting to know you, my hope is to connect with how your everyday activities relate to your growth and help you find the root of your challenges. I can help you find relief from past painful events and would love to have the chance to be part of your journey.
Therapy: OCD, trauma, anxiety, faith transitions, perfectionism, sexual concerns, or something just “off”—I have specialized training for healing and progress. I bring safe space to discover, own, and organize yourself in healing ways. OCD is my specialty! My aim is to help you heal from your past, get "unstuck", and fulfill your needs moment-to-moment in ways that leave you feeling satisfied with your life. I utilize ERP, CBT, Gestalt, Emotion-Focused, and EMDR therapies. Assessment: I also provide psychological assessment services! (Autism, ADHD, and general diagnostic clarification)
I am very present and listen well. I integrate techniques from multiple disciplines. We'll use talk, awareness, expression, somatic, cognitive, behavioral, and neuro techniques to identify and transform what isn't working well and reinforce what is! For my OCD clients, I combine all this with the gold standard ERP and CBT.
Therapy can be a place of discovery and healing. I actually really love what I do! I look forward to meeting you; each person is unique, each session is unique, and many meaningful moments of progress emerge. I’ve been told I listen well, have a good presence, and feel safe. I am effective across diverse religious, political, sexual spectrums.
I am passionate about helping my clients find growth, health, strength, and happiness in relationships and in life. I enjoy helping people work through anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, perfectionism, relationship issues, and LGBTQ+ issues.
I collaborate with my clients to identify personalized and unique solutions to create lasting, meaningful change. I have training in a variety of models, including EFT, contemporary gestalt, and EMDR.
I am looking forward to being a part of your journey toward health!

Seeking therapy is a courageous first step and often one that leads to lifechanging outcomes. I strive to provide a warm, supportive environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself, while working to improve overall life satisfaction.
I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and healing. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward their goals. My goal is to support each client in developing practical tools, greater self-awareness, and a stronger sense of well-being.
For nearly a decade, I’ve been dedicated to supporting teens, young adults, and adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, and negative self-beliefs. My approach is to work alongside you in finding and nurturing your strengths while addressing and releasing the burdens from the past that are impacting your present. I’m passionate about guiding you through a deeper understanding of anxiety and depression, not just to manage these feelings, but to truly begin feeling more at ease and empowered in your daily life.
I am skilled in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Art and Play Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.
I am confident that as we work to uncover the negative self-beliefs, we can create a healing environment to decrease symptoms of depression, anxiety, or other issues that may be weighing you down in your life. I would be honored to have the chance to work with you and be part of your journey.
