Individual
Therapy
As a seasoned therapist, I specialize in guiding children 4+, adolescents, and adults through challenges that can come with anxiety, depression, loss of a loved one, divorce, sexual abuse, academic stressors, and family dynamics. My background includes working in an inpatient facility, which has deepened my ability to support individuals facing a wide range of difficult situations. My goal is to help each individual feel cherished, cared for, and safe so that they can experience the assistance and guidance they truly need.
I am trained to utilize EMDR, which is a tool that helps individuals process the emotions of traumatic events. When working with children, I also like to use play and art therapy to help them process complex emotions and make sense of life at their level. Additionally, I employ modalities like CBT, DBT, ART, and mindfulness to address various needs.
My clients find it easy to connect with me and know me to be a safe space where they will feel cared for. With this environment I have created, I have found that parents seeking help for children and adolescents experiencing difficulties in life are particularly drawn to me. I would love to assist you or your child in finding safety and peace.
Therapy often requires a lot of hard work, but I have found plenty of space for laughter and light-heartedness along the way! I work with adults in any stage of life, and have a passion for working with teenagers whether they require someone to listen and help them process their thoughts or need tools and guidance to navigate complex situations. I will always provide validation and support, but I can also deliver direct and honest feedback when necessary. My focus is on understanding where you currently are and where you want to go, without judgment.
I have developed a strong ability to adapt my therapeutic approach to meet my clients' needs. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems to assist clients in tackling a range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and grief. I use EMDR to help address specific challenges stemming from past trauma.
Reaching out for help can be frightening, but I believe your unique experiences are valuable and worth taking that first step. I want to be by your side throughout your healing journey, supporting you as you work towards becoming the best version of yourself. I genuinely look forward to meeting you and hearing your unique life story!

I love working with children ages 8+, teens and their parents to achieve an outcome that is personal to each individual. Most of my clients are individuals dealing with past or present trauma, chronic pain, ADHD, or family changes like death or divorce. One of my strengths is creating a supportive environment for parents and children as they work through challenges together. I strive to build and maintain a therapeutic relationship that is genuine and authentic. By building this relationship and understanding you, I am able to better empathize, and teach healthy tools I myself have used to overcome loss and grief in my own life.

When working with clients, my main focus is the relationship. For 15 years I have focused on providing care to adults and teens by focusing on a client-centered treatment. My goal as your therapist is to assist you in regaining control of the intrusive thoughts associated with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and conquer the struggles that come with anxiety and depression. I will strive to gain a thorough understanding of your needs and world views as we meet so that together we can explore the why’s to the behaviors & patterns you encounter in relationships or in avoidant behaviors. Therapy will help provide you with the space and tools to learn to enjoy life without fear.

We develop our interpersonal styles when we are very young. Moving into adulthood, people tend to keep doing what they’ve always done – even if it has stopped working. As a result, they may feel depressed, anxious, and blocked from having the rich life experiences that they crave. In my psychotherapy practice, I work with older adolescents and adults who are struggling in relationships – with parents, employers, friends, or intimate partners - and do not know why or what to do about it. My aim is to help people (1) develop an awareness of their interpersonal styles and (2) find ways to make adaptive change in their lives.
I am a licensed psychologist with over twenty years of consultation, assessment, and psychotherapy experience. My approach in therapy is broadly psychodynamic/psychoanalytic, although I use evidence-based interventions as warranted.
I am passionate about helping my clients find growth, health, strength, and happiness in relationships and in life. I enjoy helping people work through anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, perfectionism, relationship issues, and LGBTQ+ issues.
I collaborate with my clients to identify personalized and unique solutions to create lasting, meaningful change. I have training in a variety of models, including EFT, contemporary gestalt, and EMDR.
I am looking forward to being a part of your journey toward health!
I offer kind, upbeat support to help you work through life’s most difficult challenges. Therapy with me is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel better—not someday, but starting now. I believe the strongest predictors of meaningful change are the relationship you have with your therapist, feeling like we’re a good fit, having hope that things can improve, and being given the right tools to take action. My role is to create a supportive space where you feel understood, encouraged, and empowered, while also providing concrete strategies you can use in your everyday life. Together, we’ll focus on building momentum so change feels possible and sustainable.

I am passionate about helping clients build skills, deepen self-understanding, and navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.
It can be really hard to watch your child struggle with big emotions, behavior challenges, or feeling misunderstood. Maybe they get overwhelmed quickly, have trouble managing anger, or seem stuck in patterns that aren’t working for them. You might feel unsure how to help—or exhausted from trying everything yourself.
I work with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating emotional regulation challenges, behavioral concerns, and neurodevelopmental differences such as autism. I have experience supporting individuals diagnosed with ASD and conduct-related concerns, and I focus on helping them better understand their emotions and building new coping skills.
I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and non-judgmental. I’m kind, empathetic, and genuinely care about helping you or your child improve quality of life. At the same time, I’ll work collaboratively with you to create meaningful change and growth.
I am a professional that most find extremely easy to talk to. I have honed the skill of therapeutic maneuverability which means my clients get what they need in therapy, whether it is someone to listen to them and help process thoughts or to give them tools and help develop skills to be the best possible version of themselves. I am very validating and edifying at times, but I don't sugarcoat what needs to be said. I see the capacity of people without judgement, what is important to me is where you are and where you want to be going. I have skills in working with individuals, couples, and families from all sorts of backgrounds.
I specialize in getting individuals, couples and families unstuck. I help individuals get unstuck from depression, anxiety and help them connect to the world in a more functional, fulfilled way. I help couples get unstuck from the cycle of abuse and impulsive decisions that ruin marriages and families from dysfunctional communication patterns.
We are surrounded by comparisons and judgements that illicit shame and leave us feeling broken and unworthy. In my office you can feel safe and accepted. It is a space of confidentiality, positivity, and growth. I invite you to meet with me to start your journey of accepting your own tremendous capacity to heal, forgive, love, and to honor yourself.
For 20 years I have provided compassionate, expert care to individuals of all ages, couples and families as an integrative cognitive behavioral therapist (CBT). My goal as your therapist is to help you improve what is already working, gain tools for what isn't and reduce pain and suffering immediately. You will consistently leave my office with tools you can implement in your daily life and relationships. I see therapy as an opportunity to slow down the frantic pace of life and explore ways to cope, regain control of life's challenges and rebuild or enrich relationships.
I am competent in both individual and couples therapy. As a trained therapist I help couples work as a team against the enemies of their relationship (addictions, trauma, affairs, etc.). I also effectively help teens, college age and older adults deal with depression, anxiety, family and life transition challenges.
Therapy works when motivation to change meets with expertise and a safe healing relationship. Due to my non-judgmental, individualized and holistic treatment approach my clients routinely say how surprisingly easy it is to open up and talk to me. It would be a privilege to work with you too.
